Gutter Cat Gang is an NFT project that features a variety of collections. Co-founded by Gutter Dan, Gutter Ric, and Gutter Mitch, the original Gutter Cat collection sold out in 10 minutes after it was dropped. The success of the Cats led to the creation of other collections including Gutter Rats, Gutter Pigeons, and Gutter Dogs.
Gutter Cat Gang NFTs
Gutter Cat Gang launched in June of 2021 and among the founders, there is a belief that the project features “one of the most passionate, tight-knit communities” operating in the crypto space. In interviews, co-founder Gutter Dan has expressed an interest in pursuing new projects but only within the Gutter Cat Gang realm.

The Gutter Cats collection of NFTs is described as three thousand randomly-created NFTs on the Ethereum blockchain. These NFTs have utility; they serve as memberships for the larger Gutter Cat Gang project and are considered the “premium” level of NFT ownership for it. When you own a Gutter Cat NFT you have community access and become eligible for perks and extras.
Gutter Cats, at press time, are available on the secondary market at a floor price of 4.8 and there are nearly two thousand owners.
Then there are the Gutter Rats, described more or less as the entry-level NFT for membership to the Gutter Cat Gang. The base-level membership still has some perks and community access, but the floor price is lower–.09 ETH compared to 4.8 ETH for premium membership.
Gutter Pigeons and Gutter Dogs are also a base-level NFT membership you can purchase at a slightly higher price point than Gutter Rats at press time.
Gutter Cat NFT Merchandise
Like other NFT projects, Gutter Cat Gang owners can buy merchandise including items that can help spawn or create new NFTs. One example of this is Gutter Juice, which is used in a “clone machine” that spawns “android versions” of the Gutter Cat Gang known as Gutter Clones.
There are also IRL options–the Gutter Merch package you can purchase on OpenSea.io includes a “dad hat”, plus a t-shirt and hoodie. When you buy this you are instructed to, “mint your customized bundle with preferred styles and sizes, and then hold, sell, trade, or redeem.”
If you redeem the Gutter Merch package, the NFT is burned, and the bundle will physically ship anywhere in the world, according to the Gutter Cat Gang account on OpenSea.
Gutter Cat Gang Performance Over Time
This project has seen some impressive highs–hitting a price of 29 ETH in April 2022, but it’s also dipped as “low” as 3.51 ETH, with an average of 6 ETH. By volume, Gutter Cat Gang NFTs have traded at just over 936 ETH. A single Gutter Cat NFT sold at just over 58 ETH, the highest-priced Gutter Cat at press time.
